kind of a dick move shitting on gloria jones like that.

heartless bastard.

I did the marriage thing once. It worked OK for raising kids and getting them out on their own.

I doubt I will do it again, since I don't plan on raising any more kids. I find that my gf and I try harder but still give each other space, since neither of us are tied up in a marriage contract any more. We've been in a close but not live-in relationship now for over a decade.

I have only been down the aisle once and still married to the same sweet man. He has done it twice but this time it stuck.

Once, it lasted about 11 years. I doubt I;ll ever do it again, though Bluey and I have a house and may as well be married.

Seems like it would make more sense to ask about the number of divorces.

I personally have no desire to marry (or divorce).

By the time they introduce same sex marriage down here I won't want to get married.

Given that my illustrious stud service was an unrivaled success, and that I have no plans for coming out of retirement to breed again, I cannot see any particular reason to get married again. Just shy of two decades was quite enough.

Finding out that the $160M plebiscite isn't binding anyway was a bit of a surprise!
What a waste of money.
I don't understand why the pollies can't just vote this in - everyone should have the right to love and marry whomever they wish!
And as a parlimentary vote, it would be a whole lot cheaper
