Years ago, my father gave me his old tool box. It was old and rusted, he painted it silver for me. He also gave me some of his tools. Now that he's passed, that old tool box means a lot to me.

Mine is exactly the same as that, cost me about a fiver on Amazon.

I use the mallet my dad made for driving in tent pegs camping. A bit heavy but works well for a 40y mallet.

Gorilla glue, about a million lose sockets and screwdriver head attachments that are either broke or stripped, dirt, a cricket or spider, a pair of channel locks that are never in the tool box, Barbie shoe, 4 or 5 ratchets in various states of disrepair, and a beer bottle cap.

That's what's in mine at least. The rest of the tools are scattered throughout the house and garage.

Channel locks have been around forever. Vice Grip put a new feature on that holds the jaw spacing with a spring loaded button. It is an amazing time saver.

Not too expensive. Worth the extra cash.
