You know, the more I hear about the GB shark pool, the more I wonder why those people in lit personals kept insisting I go there.

Congrats on the rescue pup! You're a hero in my book for that. Check out Droncit on ebay for the tapeworms. They're tough to get rid of, but Droncit is no longer Rx only. You can order very cheaply on ebay.

Thank you - he makes my third rescue (second dog and a cat). The kiddo kept asking for a sibling or a pug.

And good to know about Droncit. The rescue I got him from is actually covering the cost of his vet visit and meds since they gave him a clean bill of health. I wouldn't dream of returning him, but anything discovered in the first two weeks is either covered by the rescue or I can "return" him (as if you can return an animal). Poor guy was pulled from a barn belonging to an animal hoarder. I hate people.

And the GB has its own appeal. I bounce back and forth between all the threads dependent on my mood and what I'm looking for.

Oh no!!! I think the weather has been horrid recently - I had a really nasty one myself midweek and then one yesterday morning that I was able to catch ahead of time with Maxalt. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I had a quiet Sat night at home. Tonight I am finishing up on a home improvement project I am working on. Well actually finishing up on this phase. It is a big project that I have to do in phases.
