Terror Screeners Ask Immigrants If They’re Nazis Or Communists But Not Jihadists…

And to think that 9/11 might have been prevented if we had only asked the terrorists the right questions before boarding.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

You mean when they were at flight school, in Florida, and not interested in learning how to land...

Oh wait, I remember now, the Gorelick Wall.

Haha you logged in.
The board would be far less amusing of you and BB left as well

u gonna answer the question AXED of you?

Of course I am.

And once again in a pattern that is reliable as the sun coming up in the east, you don't pay the least bit of attention to detail (like far too many people in this forum) and you end up pissing and moaning about the wrong thing and basically don't know what you're talking about.

The title of your thread referred to "terror screeners" which sounds an awful lot like DHS security screeners or customs personnel at airports. But the link in the OP opens to an article carping about the questions on Form N-400 Application for Naturalization. Do you know what "naturalization" is? It is the process of actually becoming a United States citizen.

Do you know who is eligible to become a naturalized citizen? No, of course, you don't. And I'm certain you're too lazy to find out or even read the following.

But nonetheless, since you are as ignorant as perhaps some applicants may be, here is the Naturalization Eligibility Worksheet which the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTS applicants to complete BEFORE submitting Form N-400. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Resources/Citizenship%20&%20Naturalization%20Based%20Resources/A%20Guide%20to%20Naturalization/PDFs/M-480.pdf

I would direct your attention to FOUR specific items:

2. I am a Permanent Resident of the United States, and I have been issued a Permanent Resident Card (formerly called Alien Registration Card).

3. I have been a permanent resident for five years or more.*
(applicants can be permanent residents for only three years ONLY IF ALL of the following are true:

  • Married to and living with a U. S. citizen
  • have been married to that U. S. citizen for at least three years
  • spouse has been a U. S. citizen for at least the past three years
  • during past three years [applicant] has NOT been out of the country for 18 months or more.

14. I will support the Constitution of the United States.

15. I understand and am willing to take an oath of allegiance to the United States.

So, let's review. These are the MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS for applicants thinking of becoming naturalized citizens.

1. They have to be PERMANENT RESIDENTS for the PAST FIVE YEARS (unless married to a U. S. citizen, in which case residents for three years). The point is THEY'RE ALREADY THE FUCK HERE!!!

2. Questions 14 and 15 don't necessarily eliminate Nazis and Commies, but since there is nothing illegal about being either one, I suppose you can embrace either political doctrine as long as you pursue those goals legally according to the Constitution. So, no, I don't know why those questions would be asked on form N-400. It seems pointless to me.

But obviously supporting the Constitution and taking an oath of allegiance to the United States means you're probably not a terrorist. Either that or you're a lying terrorist who has sat on your ass in Toledo for five years or more waiting to blow something up. You needed to become a citizen to do that?

Also, if you accidentally looked at items 4 and 5 on the worksheet, you will have seen that there are specific restrictions on how much time applicants are allowed to have been out of the country within the past five years.

In other words, the link you referenced HAS NOT ONE GODDAMNED THING TO DO WITH SCREENING POTENTIAL TERRORISTS FROM ENTERING THIS COUNTRY.

If you want to know how THAT process works you would need to familiarize yourself with the 76-page form DS-260 Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application. And just in case you STILL don't get it, you have to jump through the visa hoop to get INTO this country looooooooong before you ever get to the point of applying for naturalized citizenship.

But I'm not about to waste my time on that since I know you really don't give a shit. But I can assure you that DS-260 specifically asks: "HAVE YOU EVER SERVED IN, BEEN A MEMBER OF, OR BEEN INVOLVED WITH A PARAMILITARY UNIT, VIGILANTE UNIT, REBEL GROUP, GUERRILLA GROUP, OR INSURGENT ORGANIZATION?"

Now, does that make you feel all warm and happy inside?

It reminds me of a time I bought a laptop online.
They asked if I was planning to use it to conduct nuclear terrorist attacks then gave a yes/no option.

The point being that Nazis and Communists might actually admit that they are, but no jihadist is going to admit to an official body that he/she is a jihadist. Just like nobody would tick a box saying they planned to use a laptop for nuclear terrorism. It's a one way ticket to jail.

Bravo.

Writing a bunch of stuff and in BIG letters doesn't make you right

Then tell me how I'm wrong.

Anytime I write over three sentences, you accuse me of being to verbose. I was just trying to help you follow along, because you seem to have trouble doing that when someone posts a DETAILED argument.

Again, tell me how I'm wrong.

It's kind of unclear whether the executive order applies to all immigrants, or just to muslim immigrants.
And if it applies to all legal immigrants, what drove his decision? I kind of doubt that it was for the reasons given by the source.

"By executive order, Barack Hussein Obama has made it possible for Muslims to become U.S. citizens without taking an oath of allegiance or a pledge to defend America.

Understanding that Muslims are forbidden from pledging allegiance to any nation state except the nation of Islam, the Obama regime will allow legal immigrants seeking citizenship through the nation’s Naturalization process to be exempt from a key part of the Oath of Allegiance."

From your link:

Breitbart: Immigrants seeking to become citizens no longer have to pledge to “bear arms on behalf of the United States.” They can opt out of that part of the Oath. Nor do they have to cite any specific religious belief that forbids them to perform military service.

They STILL have to take an oath of allegiance and pledge their support to the Constitution. You know, AMERICAN LAW rather than SHARIA LAW!!!

Given that neither YOU nor any of your children or grandchildren are compelled to serve in the armed forces by virtue of an all volunteer military, Obama's Executive Order is mere "political grandstanding."

But if the draft ever is reinstated, there will likely be a provision for conscientious objectors. How that would or would not affect Muslims would be left for the President and the Congress to decide at that time. Until then, it makes little difference.

The point again is, your OP was flat out wrong. The United States most definitely screens for terrorists, formal military service, and guerrillas, rebels and insurgents in the alien VISA APPLICATION process.

Your misleading allegation of what Obama did regarding the oath of allegiance for naturalized citizens is a feeble attempt to deflect from your previous error.

Hardly a surprise.

Sorry about those big black letters again. But it seems necessary to highlight that portion of YOUR OWN argument that you somehow always miss.

You're right. His 5 daily nigger threads sure are knee slappers, you ignorant fucking paki. Take a bath please.

Why do you keep trying to "insult" me by calling me a dirty paki or all sorts of similar gems?
If I were from that continent, maybe it would make sense.
But you know very well that, being from Southern Europe, that 'insult' flies right over my head.

I just don't get you. You could pick so many other insults, yet you stay with this ridiculous one.

That "understanding" is as false as DizzyBody's. ALL of the nearly 6,000 Muslims serving in the U. S. military, including the 212 who have been awarded combat action ribbons for their service in Iraq and Afghanistan (https://theislamicworkplace.com/2011/01/11/u-s-muslim-servicemen-who-have-died-in-the-service-of-our-country/), took the following oath:

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Now the most ardent Islamophobes LOVE to point out that Sharia law allows for Muslims to lie about their allegiance IN DEFENSE of Islam. But don't you think "pretending" to serve the United States to the point of earning military awards for combat action against Jihadists in Iraq and Afghanistan is carrying the deception a bit farther than the Quran anticipated?

Not to mention if the pretense results in one ending up in Arlington National Cemetary.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Thanks for explaining.

You have a point there.

The problem with that oath is the Koranic belief that you can lie to the kaffirs...

;) ;)

No, not a chance...

Look at Huma "Sisterhood" Abedin...

She married a Jew in order to keep up appearances and mole even deeper into our government.

You have to admit too, BB's latest meme and the BB - Col. interactions are hillarious!
