Can a person be both a Sub and a Dom?

Absolutely! There are times when I enjoy being submissive (which I am sometimes am with my wife), but the idea of being dominant also turns me on at other times.

I've always been a 'Submissive' sexually, that's my nature x but as a Sub I was once ordered to Dominate another Sub, a fellow slave at the Dungeon meeting I was a guest at x I did as I was told and whipped and paddled him before face-sitting him etc x we both enjoyed but I was doing all as a Sub under instruction x x x

For me it depends more on who I am with. Now, not all of my sexual encounters involved dominant or submissive roles but one thing I've learned about myself is that I am dominant with men, and submissive to females.
While I can play the dominant role with other women at times, I will never allow myself to be submissive to a guy.
