It's not so much a case of loving androgynes, as it is being put off by what fashion, in an effort to emphasize and glamorize femininity, does to women. The result is often a grotesque parody of womanhood. I am a natural man; I prefer natural women.

Yes, this! It is troubling to me that women who refrain from what amounts to cosplaying Femininity are so often labelled "masculine" or otherwise not acknowledged to be real, authentic women. Not intending to be judging those who choose to enact mainstream notions of femininity, but noting the unnaturalness (IRL RP) and commodification inherent in it.
