If only Brazil would adopt some sensible gun regulation.

It is only going to be even more apparent in warmer climes as climate continues to change. Increased TEMPERatures obviously are the cause of flaring TEMPERs which, along with poverty caused by the greedy rich exploiting the poor are the root causes of crime.
 
People get robbed at gun point all the time. :rolleyes:

Just check the stats for Chicago on Monday morning to see how often this happened over the weekend.

Do you actually believe that "whatever" was his response having a gun put against his forehead? Come on, that's the biggest bullshit I've heard in a long time. Look at him... Come on

Two reasons why it could be legit:

1. Lochte said that's how he responded.
2. Have you ever heard him interviewed? He's quite possibly the dumbest athlete in the world, and "whatever" is his response to a variety of things.

1. Why do you believe people just because they say it is what happened? Cops don't. Lawyers don't. Judges don't.

2. Yes he is dumb as a sack of rocks, but I don't believe for a second he would have nerves of steel with a gun in his face. Dude has never faced life-ending violence in his life and I am supposed to believe he is this cool?

Most likely he is borderline illiterate and uses the word "whatever" so broadly it means "got a bad coffee order at Starbucks" as well as "sobbing like a bitch" (so wee agree there, but I don't think it is what happened)

You're saying "whatever" would indicate a nerves-of-steel response. I think it's more indicative of an idiot's shocked response to a situation he has no clue how to deal with, and that's very much in line with Lochte.

I don't buy it. Idiots don't respond that way, biological resonses kick in: Fight, flight or freeze. Those are the 3 responses. I guarantee he froze.
