If it is for a story submission it depends on how busy Laurel is.

A story by a new author (new to Literotica that is) takes several days. A story by an author who frequently sails close to the wind on Lit's rules takes the same time. An established author who has caused no problems - a couple of days.

BUT - if you click on the blue Pending marker, your story goes to the back of the queue every time you do that.

When the blue Pending turns black, your submission will be posted with 24 hours.

If it has been longer than a week, and you haven't been clicking on 'Pending', send a PM (Private Message) to Laurel.

I find this is true.
