Daughter, mother, and grandmother

I've had this notion for a while now about a man who is dating a gorgeous, uninhibited woman in her 30s, but finds himself in spontaneous erotic trysts with both her sexy, amorous 18-year-old daughter & her beautiful, horny 50-something mother (at separate times, of course!). The 30-something girlfriend is not aware that he's having sex with her daughter or her mother, but eventually it comes out and, through the magic of suspension of disbelief , a heated confrontation with all three women turns into a once-in-a-lifetime dream foursome. Tried to write it myself, but was having trouble making it work, so I thought I'd see if anyone here would like to take a crack at it. I was calling the story "The Trifecta".

How would you like this story written? 1st person (the man), 3rd person? Do you prefer long, short stories?

I've got an idea - the story written from the man's point of view, a bit like a confession. What do you think?

In the gender-flipped version, the woman bonks her lover, his father, and his son. For fun, she gets them together for bisexual daisychains and triple penetrations. Of course her guy is doing herself, her mother, and her daughter on the same terms. Do any aunts and / or uncles appear? Do the women all peg the guys? Does anyone bother with condoms?

EDIT: She seduces his father and then his son (from a prior marriage), coincidentally at the same time he is overwhelmed by her mother and then her daughter (from a prior marriage). None know of the others till rather later. Then dad's brother and mom's sister show up. Fun fun fun.
