In Savannah what they did was buy up all the historic shit boxes the niggers inhabited. Tampa does the same. The niggers moved into the historic district. made it a ghetto, and now the whites are buying it all back. The downtown projects are demolished, and the niggers moved to the woods...like it was in the 1800s.

Sparsely populated and vastly cheaper to live in.
Now here's something else to consider, all but a couple of "blue" states are only blue in their major Metropolitan areas where the total population completely dominates the red counties, many of which are much more poor than in a lot of red states, take Illinois, for example, take the area around Cairo in specific.
