This is another reason to go slow. Although highly unlikely, damage to an implant could be life threatening.

Check them before, similar to a self breast exam, and repeat the process after.

The most likely scenario for damage would be heavy impact play. It does not sound like this is your plan, but I believe its worth mentioning.

I am not trying to warn you off of breast play, in fact I know several people that do it often with implants, but just saying a little caution is never a bad thing.

Thank you, very sincere and accurate advice. My implants are under the muscle so I don't think it will be an issue, but yes I will make sure we take it slow or I might just practice myself and see how it goes. My implants are saline and much safer than silicone but I still would not want any complications. Thanks again for your sensible advice.

My goodness, these images are very erotic indeed. The artistry in the rope work and use of knots is amazing. I first image is stunningly erotic in its intricacy, the second is also very erotic but I would prefer to have my hands above my head so I could be on my back in a reasonably comfortable position. Does anyone have any real experience with how tight to tie boobs, and what is actually safe. I think if they turn purple it is way too tight and cutting off the blood flow,could case damage to the tissue . Would not want any permanent issues.

I haven't done any breast bondage, but I've done chest harnesses and the like. I actually practiced some ties on a kitchen chair to get the muscle memory down and to learn the mechanics before I tried tying a woman. Of course, I don't live with a woman....

I like to learn. I like to push my brain. You can only learn so much by watching. Eventually, you need to DO to know if you can. And it made it a lot better when I was tying with a woman, because I didn't have to struggle to figure out what goes where.
