Manafort rebuffed US Ambassador William Taylor when Taylor complained Manafort was undermining US interests in the Ukraine. Thanks to Manafort, Yanuekvych narrowly won. In 2014 Yanuekovych was overthrown during the revolution and FLED TO RUSSIA.
