I think that there's quite a difference.

Personally, I like political satire that focuses on their behaviors or poor sense of style (like Trump's ridiculous hairdo or Hillary's 13.000$ coat that looked like a sac, or when Michelle's dress made it look as if she had a penis).

But I don't like it when they comment on -what they consider to be- their less flattering physical characteristics.
