The US has Declared War on North Korea

And thanks to The Fraud currently in office and The Beast following directly behind him in lockstep, we'll soon be frying alley-caught cats and dogs with extra virgin olive oil along with rice in a skillet for supper just like they do, after the democrat-enabled, inevitable nuclear war leaves half the earth in radioactive waste.

Don't bother responding to me, LitLibs. You'll just deny, deflect and disavow the facts by attacking me as usual.

Watch SlobDownSouth come in here and talk about my younglings, too. My seedlings. My cubs. My pups, my kittens. My joeys in my wife's pouch.

It's all they can do. Stewpid democreep LitLibs.

Hic.

Burp.

Thud.

North Korea is all talk and no show.

Their military is a pittance compared to the United States and we could easily defeat them in a land war within just a few weeks just like we did with Iraq.

North Korea uses weapons, tanks, aircraft, warships, and submarines from the 1960's-70's cold war era.

I hope that they do step out of line and force somebody (not necessarily the United States) but perhaps China and/or Russia, to remove them from the picture.

What was the movie where an impoverished country declared war on the us to get rebuilding aid afterwards?

It was originally a Broadway play. "The Mouse that Roared." Zero Mostel.

Shit man coming from you Thor I though maybe the shit was legit.

Ya rustled mah jimmies.

The US is STILL at war with North Korea

Sorry folks. The US (and Britain and the United Nations) have never stopped being at war with North Korea since the Korean War. The 38th Parallel is an armistice line where they stopped fighting each other, but there has never been an end to that war.

So would you classify them as a "JV Team"? A country that has "weapons, tanks, aircraft, warships, and submarines" missiles and nukes.

Clearly "we" believe a group of deranged people that have none of the above are a "Varsity Team" :D

Methinks that many North Korean soldiers would gladly go to war so that they could cross the border and desert...

:D ;) ;)

Putting sanctions personally on NK's beloved leader is certainly a move that would nullify any truce. Quite the truce, amazed it lasted this long.

Don't worry just sent in Il Donald. He wants to cosy up to Kim and they think he is a 'wise politician'.

It's a conspiracy between Trump and North Korean foreign intelligence services. Trump will come out as the heroic peacemaker when he personally disarms the situation and re-establishes the status quo.

North Koreans are brainwashed from a very young age to hate the U.S. and think that a war with us is inevitable. Plus their security troops would quickly execute anyone trying to defect.

Peace won't be declared until North Korea signs up to nuclear treaties.

Peace can be declared eventually like between the Netherlands and the Isles of Scilly:

But Berwick on Tweed is at peace with Russia:

There is an apocryphal story that Berwick is (or recently was) technically at war with Russia. The story tells that since Berwick had changed hands several times, it was traditionally regarded as a special, separate entity, and some proclamations referred to "England, Scotland and the town of Berwick-upon-Tweed". One such was the declaration of the Crimean War against Russia in 1853, which Queen Victoria supposedly signed as "Victoria, Queen of Great Britain, Ireland, Berwick-upon-Tweed and all British Dominions". When the Treaty of Paris was signed to conclude the war, "Berwick-upon-Tweed" was left out. This meant that, supposedly, one of Britain's smallest towns was officially at war with one of the world's largest powers – and the conflict extended by the lack of a peace treaty for over a century.

The BBC programme Nationwide investigated this story in the 1970s, and found that while Berwick was not mentioned in the Treaty of Paris, it was not mentioned in the declaration of war either. The question remained as to whether Berwick had ever been at war with Russia in the first place. The true situation is that since the Wales and Berwick Act 1746 had already made it clear that all references to England included Berwick, the town had no special status at either the start or end of the war. The grain of truth in this legend could be that some important documents from the 17th century did mention Berwick separately, but this became unnecessary after 1746.

According to a story by George Hawthorne in The Guardian of 28 December 1966, the London correspondent of Pravda visited the Mayor of Berwick, Councillor Robert Knox, and the two made a mutual declaration of peace. Knox said "Please tell the Russian people through your newspaper that they can sleep peacefully in their beds." The same story, cited to the Associated Press, appeared in The Baltimore Sun of 17 December 1966; The Washington Post of 18 December 1966; and The Christian Science Monitor of 22 December 1966. At some point in turn the real events seem to have been turned into a story of a "Soviet official" having signed a "peace treaty" with Mayor Knox; Knox's remark to the Pravda correspondent was preserved in this version.

Like North Korea really gives a shit!

Unless China gets behind sanctions 100% the NKPR will do as it pleases in spite of and perhaps due to international pressure. Might as well try get Yanks to give up their guns.
