Unfortunately I have not tried it as I don't partake in McDevil anymore but I do love a good basket of fish and chips once and a while.

Their fries are amazing and I'm sure they're not even made from potatoes.

Fish and chips? Brit? With ketchup I might be able to eat them. Unless, they make fish and chips that taste like donuts......

No not brit, I'm from Texas, I've been heavily influenced by many trips to...many places. North Cali and Oregon will call a plate of fish and potatoes Fish and chips still. I've recently made a steak sauce that is just as good if not better than tartar sauce on a fried filet.

Yes those aresults good too. Kolaches and bear claws are my faves though.

Catfish is easy...it's the quality of the hush puppy that makes or breaks the experience.

Really? See I've had some awesome hush puppies, but most places I've been the catfish tastes like old tire.

Not so much.
You still have the pesky problem with polluted water the fish came from.

It's a bottom feeder fish, bud. No amount of cornmeal and cayenne will get the delicious mud from its veins.

True, but I've never caught anything but perch....I am not a good fisherman sadly.

Most areas have a water pollution rating, they test it regularly and a report is available the same way as air pollution, dew point, pollen, and weather reports are.
