Robert Swanson revolutionized American advertising and wrote some of the most memorable ad jingles of the 1950s and '60s for products ranging from Campbell's Soup to Pall Mall cigarettes. He died at 95 July 17 at his home in Phoenix, Ariz.

Do they even make that anymore? I drank it my college days simple because it was dirt(actually subdirt) price. It tasted horrible but it got me buzzed. Not a proud moment.

When I was a kid and saw the ads I thought they meant it was good beer. When i was older and tried one one time, I realized they meant it was a cheap drunk.
