Let me be as clear as I can be. This election is not about, and has never been about, Hillary Clinton, or Donald Drumpf, or Bernie Sanders or any of the other candidates who sought the presidency. This election is not about political gossip. It’s not about polls. It’s not about campaign strategy. It’s not about fundraising. It’s not about all the things the media spends so much time discussing.

This election is about – and must be about – the needs of the American people and the kind of future we create for our children and grandchildren.

This election is about ending the 40-year decline of our middle class the reality that 47 million men, women and children live in poverty. It is about understanding that if we do not transform our economy, our younger generation will likely have a lower standard of living then their parents.

This election is about ending the grotesque level of income and wealth inequality that we currently experience, the worst it has been since 1928. It is not moral, not acceptable and not sustainable that the top one-tenth of one percent now own almost as much wealth as the bottom 90 percent, or that the top 1 percent in recent years has earned 85 percent of all new income. That is unacceptable. That must change.

This election is about remembering where we were 7 1/2 years ago when President Obama came into office after eight years of Republican trickle-down economics.

The Republicans want us to forget that as a result of the greed, recklessness and illegal behavior on Wall Street, our economy was in the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression. Some 800,000 people a month were losing their jobs. We were running up a record-breaking deficit of $1.4 trillion and the world’s financial system was on the verge of collapse.

We have come a long way in the last 7 1/2 years, and I thank President Obama and Vice President Biden for their leadership in pulling us out of that terrible recession.
Yes, we have made progress, but I think we can all agree that much, much more needs to be done.

This election is about which candidate understands the real problems facing this country and has offered real solutions – not just bombast, fear-mongering, name-calling and divisiveness.

We need leadership in this country which will improve the lives of working families, the children, the elderly, the sick and the poor. We need leadership which brings our people together and makes us stronger – not leadership which insults Latinos, Muslims, women, African-Americans and veterans – and divides us up.

By these measures, any objective observer will conclude that – based on her ideas and her leadership – Hillary Clinton must become the next president of the United States. The choice is not even close.

In the end Bernie kissed her ass and forgot how unqualified he said she is. He's a worm.

I'm with her.

But I was since the beginning. If Bernie had gotten the nom instead though I would have been with him and not made a huge snit about it (maybe just grumbled a little).

How is a plutocrat, who is completely and totally owned by corporate america, going to "pull us out" of a mess that is wholly of their making?

Clinton is not Obama, and Obama has been a let-down on many fronts.

She botched her time at the state department, and she will go which ever way the political winds blow. She was against gay marriage until it would have been political suicide for her not to be. She was for the TPP (which would be as disastrous for the americna worker as NAFTA and the FTAA), until just a few weeks ago.

She used to be for single payer health care... now she's "too pragmatic" for it.

She is an opportunist who will do anything to get elected. She doesn't care about the american people. She cares about herself.

What is she going to do to end poverty in the US? What is she going to do about her foreign affairs messes? What will she do to fix the economy?

Just like Trump, she's full of promises, but weak on policy... her own party sees that, as evidenced in internal emails that were leaked last week.

She is one of the weakest presidential candidates in modern times... Trump is the other one.

I won't ever vote for her.

I ask you both who is your alternative?

Hillary Clinton is in favor of a 500% increase in Syrian refugees coming into the country.

Yeahhhh, let's vote for her!

This is what all you RWCJ/Drumpf rumpswabs do not understand. It is about the public policy advocated by the party that matters, not the titular head of the party. That is the Bernie message that resonates and that is why #imWithHer.

Because the Democratic party's platform now reflects an agenda that advocates for the middle class ($15.00 min wage) and the health of our people (Medicare for all) and our future with an educated citizenry (no tuition for students whose families make less than $125K per year) among other important and meaningful policy positions, #imWithHer.

You may be with her.

But she is not with you....

Well, assuming your not Wall Street or a foreign government who can fill her bank account.

I ask you both who is your alternative?

As BND says, we're not voting for a candidate, and on that point I agree with him.

We need a new system, not rigged by establishment parties. Something that actually represents the will of the people, and not a Coke vs. Pepsi approach. Which is the lesser of two evils?

Neither. Both will rot your teeth.

Another meaningful policy position is the breaking up of the "too big to fail" banks as well as a 21st century Glass-Steagall Act. It is not about Hillary. #iamWithHer because of this policy position (and others) of the party that were instilled because I and 13 million others supported Bernie.

And I will continue to support the movement by participating in "Our Revolution" which has a stated purpose of transforming American politics to make our political and economic systemsonce again responsive to the needs of working families.

How will this be accomplished by Clinton getting into the white house?

Show your work.

How will this be accomplished by Clinton getting into the white house?

Show your work.

It will not be accomplished by electing a President from the Democratic Party alone.

It will be accomplished by ending the 60 vote chokehold of the GOP in the Senate, continuing to push for aggressive public policy that favors America's Middle Class over the 0.01%, participating in Our Revolution, supporting groups like US PIRG, and yes by voting for the Democratic nominee in this Presidential election.

Why?

Because it is about the public policy and not just about the candidate.

It will be accomplished by ending the 60 vote chokehold of the GOP in the Senate,

LOL not even close. It's not just the GOP guy. Remember it was the DEMOCRATS who have been protecting the 0.01%....selling them the right to write HC reform so they can get stinkin' rich.

It's been DEMOCRATS who have been protecting Monsanto, Sachs and Too big to fail.

They had plenty of opportunity to shit on the 0.01%....but they sold out.

continuing to push for aggressive public policy that favors America's Middle Class over the 0.01%,

And how is voting for Clinton even remotely close to favoring America's Middle class over the 0.01%?

Are you on DMT or some shit?

of course you are with her.

Your tongue is so far up her ass you would sustain injuries if she ever got to far away......

Kind of like the media.....
