Adagio In D Minor

I'm quite uneducated in music and I have no clue what Adagio in D Minor means, but I enjoy those types of movie OST's too.
The one from the movie Sunshine was excellent , but I can't remember which movie scenes featured it. Which ones?

Talking about movie OST's : I felt that these ones struck a similar chord to John Murphy's "Sunshine":

THE DIVIDE OST - Jean Pierre Taieb : https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zqwJ6i5_S9g
-- The moment when the heroine manages to escape the hell from underneath, only to realise that the world above offered just as little hope as the previous one.

CENTURION OST - Ilan Eshkeri : On the run. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ypxdG17Fld4
-- The scenes featuring the centurions on the run from the two blood-thirsty female vikings, in the unhospitable yet majestic mountains.

You might be surprised how many times you have heard snippets of Bach's toccata and fugue in D minor.

Give it a couple of minutes. You have heard this.

Very dramatic, I like it. Great with the sunrise. Certainly not for every day. Thanks for sharing.
