Does anyone know of other websites, that are like Literotica? But more about horror stories, mystery and Sci-Fi? I like to read and I'm itching for a good horror story.

Why would you want to go to anywhere else? We're damn wonderful.

Just wanting to read something different.I'm recovering from gallbladder surgery and it's painful to get aroused with stitches going across my bellybutton lol

Lots of public domain books available. Greatest classics usually available in PDF. I use a Windows store app gives me over 26,000 public domain books.

That has to be the most unique explanation I have ever heard. Good luck to you. How about this. Southern ghost stories.

edited to add. You can read them or listen to them.

When I had my gall bladder out it was three tiny incisions no where near my belly button. Your gall bladder is not down there. They did it wrong. Did they do exploratory surgery or something????

Three incisions up on my right side, my bellybutton has an inch and a half long cut that is healing. I watched a video, as I was curious to how it was performed. The 3 incisions were used for them to go in and cut the gallbladder away from my liver, then a tube was inserted in my bell button and it was used to retrieve the gallbladder, there had to be a bigger incision, for the gallbladder to come out of.

I know where it is, or where mine was. I had a gallstone that lodged in my bile duct, my first procedure was a camera inserted down my throat with a "basket" as the doctor referred to it, to remove the gallstone. The next morning, I went in for surgery to have the gallbladder removed.

Just because I had an incision in a different place than yours, doesn't mean it was done wrong. Sorry, but I can't take the word of a complete stranger on a forum, over 2 doctors and I don't need information that I already know lol But you can keep on if it makes you feel good about yourself....

And thanks for changing the subject, I was hoping to get some good suggestions for stories on other websites. I had a Laparoscopic procedure, you must have an Open Cholecystectomy, neither are wrong lol

Are you trying to role-play as a nurse? Honey, this website encourages another type of role-playing...

I had 3 incisions too. One was above my belly button, and the other two are higher up.

What do you need a gall bladder for if it can be removed with little effect?

The gallbladder stores bile, that is used to break down fatty foods. After I had mine removed, I found out it was a lot more common than I thought. 2 of the nurses at the hospital told me they had theirs removed as well.

I had back pain on a regular basis for about 3 years, always when I was sleeping. I would wake up and feel a lot of pressure between my shoulder blades. I would take some ibuprofen or a tums and usually, the pain would go away or let up enough so I could go back to sleep.

About 3 weeks ago, I woke up with the pain. It would usually last an hour to a few hours, but always passed. This attack lasted for days, I was vomiting and running a high fever. Even worse and nastier, so stop reading if you wish, my urine was dark brown, almost red. My bowel movements were clay colored, like sand. I finally admitted to myself that something was wrong, as I avoid hospitals at all costs.

I know it sounds dramatic, but I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy. I'm really relieved to have my gallbladder gone.

My pain came on in about a month's time. Eating hurt me so bad, I knew something was wrong.

I had over 100 small stones.
