In Real Life the Alpha Male simply acts without any blabber, threats, or discussion.

Alpha men are secure and don't need to brag or make threats.
They don't need to insult people they disagree with.
They can have conversations with people that hold different points of views and still be friends.
They can disagree with your lifestyle, religious beliefs, etc... while still respecting you as a person.
They support their family, love their spouse and children and are secure enough to have tea or play barbies with their daughters.
They stand up for their beliefs and are proud, strong and know that it only takes a few words to show their strength.
They judge people based on actions, not skin color, who they sleep with, who they vote for, or how they feel about controversial issues.
They are ready willing and able to fight and die to protect those they love or those who are defenseless.
They know that protesting injustice is the right. They know that burning cars and looting stores is not protesting, it's rioting.
They know that there are physical, mental, and emotional differences between men and woman, and they know that neither is better or worse but that they compliment each other.
To me that's a man.
