I'm thinking more basic, that the concept gives all the age and power dynamics without necessarily incest. and lots of room for variations:

~ virginal country lass sent to work in the City
OR
~ sexually aggressive nanny out to seduce ...who...the man of the house? the wife? both?
OR

~wife decides she best seduce the hot 18 year old nanny to keep her away from hubby...does she then share?

OR

~ the neighbours get in on the action

OR
~ the nanny and the gardener....

OR.....

The nanny, the au pair, the babysitter, the servant girl, the house slave -- all traditionally available to the alpha male. Old manor houses often had secret passages to the servants' quarters so the master could sneak in for discreet fucks. Too bad modern architecture avoids such features. A busy master might run through scores of servants and sitters every year. A busy freelance sitter or nanny might run through a score of masters (and neighbors) in that time. Write from all those POVs. Be sure to exploit their exoticism.

Perhaps the Nanny is a little light fingered. Gets caught by the lady of the house going through her jewellery box. The lady of the house lets her keep her job but starts to blackmail the Nanny, little favours here and there, but then the power goes to her head and it turns sexual.

Maybe the wife decides to test her husband and enlists her now enslaved Nanny to seduce him.

Why not? If there's no erotic fan fiction about the show already then someone must do some soon to fill that void.

Besides, you could make humorous fanfic where you take the characters from Nanny but change the interaction between Fran and Maxwell to that of the main characters in Fifty Shades. Maxwell is under stress due to his high workload as usual and Fran tries to cheer him up and help him let out some stress but [Insert silly shenanigans that lead to BDSM. Perhaps Fran wants to give him some book about gardening or whatever so that he could try a new hobby but gives him a bondage guide instead and unlikely and immersion breaking misunderstanding lead to them trying bondage?]

I was going to put a quote from Fifty shades here and modify it a bit. Perhaps something where Christian is about to do BDSM to Anastasia and make it into his intention to make Fran stop that weird nasal laugh but honestly, after googling quotes from Fifty shades I am astonished at how horrible the writing appears to be and now believe that Nanny Fran with her weird laugh and bad humour would have been more erotic than Anastasia Steele and even Maxwell would make a more believable domme than Richard Grey.

What if there was an adult child in the house? Either one that is supposed to be hidden, isn't supposed to be there, or is only capable of taking care of him or herself and can't help with the care of their younger sibling?

Hidden: our Nanny is told that she may hear weird noises while she works there and that she must not go into a certain room.

1. Horror style: Nanny wakes up to little gifts on her bed each morning and swears she's felt someone standing over her. One night she awakens after she feels a hand raise her night gown's hem. She doesn't see anyone but hears the door to the forbidden room close and lock moments later. After the parents are gone and the child is taking a nap, she heads there and picks the lock. Inside she finds a large empty bed and a trapdoor that allows someone to get in the space below the floors. As she takes a step inside, the door closes and the lights go out as something covers her mouth and whispers that she's it's new plaything.

2. Comedy: she opens the forbidden room and discovers...a portly nerd. Parents don't trust him/her to care for their sibling so they have him/her hide in her room during the day while the nanny is there.


Not supposed to be there:

Kid is disowned, heshe decides to squat in an area the parents don't use and use their wi-fi plumbing and food while they try to get a job or steal their money. They spy on the nanny and either try to seduce her subtly, just spy on her, or even blackmail her to help with their plans.

incapable of helping out:

Kid got in accident which left them incapable of using their legs and impaired some of their finer motor skills. He/she can take care of their own needs but can't keep up with or successfully care for their younger sibling. A few options:

Nanny tries to help improve other kid's state of self confidence and tries to get them involved in caring for their sibling as much as they can.

Nanny attempts to take advantage of the situation and takes away Kid's phone so they can't call the parents and locks them in a room or closet and starts arranging to have a party or at least invite her friends over. She then gets reminded that there are Nanny cams and the Adult sibling is the only one that knows where the footage is stored. She tries to sweet talk him/her, only to get knocked to the ground by the wheelchair. She then gets yanked up by the hair by the sibling and, along with her friends, are blackmailed into becoming the sibling's slaves.

Sibling keeps criticizing Nanny and she gets fed up with him/her. The next time the sibling starts complaining, she yanks them out of the chair and lays into them. Afterwards she is horrified by what she did when a visit from the sibling surprises her. Sibling admits they actually respect her more now since everyone treats them with kid gloves and she was the first person in a long time to not take their shit. Nanny then notices an obvious sign of arousal and teases the sibling, first playfully then seriously and they begin a very interesting power play relationship.

Nanny is a fun story type because the nanny can be young but easily accessible. I like the idea of a college girl doing it as a summer job or a way to make money while in school. Could be for a single parent or a couple. Single parent would allow less issues but a couple could be fun. You could approach it from a romantic or purely sexual approach. I'd enjoy writing this idea, just need to finish a few other stories first.
