Yes, it does go back. But mostly the secret pleasure of knowing I was naked under clothes. Remember when I mentioned being naked under my maxi coat in church when 13 or so. I did pose naked for a professional photographer I knew through work in my early 20's. I didn't exactly suppress myself. Certainly the Internet is different from adventures in public nudity.
