I was given a fig tree! Here's to hoping I can keep it alive long enough to bear fruit - and for many years after that.

Denny----------- There was a small one here 23 years ago when we moved to Florida.
Until the last several years we'd be camping and missed most of the figs. Fresh figs taste great but sharing with crows is a battle.
I dug up a start and for awhile had two fig trees. Actually ours are more fig bushes.
After a few years the start stopped... Like everything else I plant, it died.

We had banana trees with finger bananas and all kinds of flowering shrubs. Most died.
The weeds do well!

I passed up Primal Scream a couple of years back too... and Manic Street Preachers... but I think I've gotten to a dollar per album limit.... those guys would have been album of 'This is my truth, tell me yours' and others.

Seeing what is now NOT 'The final concert' on youtube last weekend was nice though.

Radiohead. Apparentally not so wierdly, friends and I are waiting for the physical thing, because why buy a piss poor version of perfection.
