I do sometimes, but only underwear, and not swimsuits, and only thongs that are designed for men. For me, it’s all about comfort and support. I want something that is actually comfortable to wear and can also be supportive during exercise. The strap underneath seems to help optimize the location and shape of the base of the pouch. In the old days, the only supportive underwear was underwear that was crushingly tight. Underwear makers seemed shy about making underwear that that would give even a hint of male anatomical shape. Modern pouches are much better about holding things forward and up away from the legs without crushing. I’ve had pretty good luck by choosing ones after reading reviews. I have some that look fairly athletic (wide waistband), and I’ve also found some tiny skimpy g-strings that also provide support and are extremely comfortable. The well-designed ones are ones that you don’t feel at all.

Neither my wife nor I think that they are particularly sexy on me (or men in particular), but we like variety and having fun.

I prefer no underwear at all, but if I wear any, I'd prefer it to be a thong. I'd say it is 25% for the naughty factor of guys not supposed to be wearing them and 75% because I find them to be the most comfortable kind of underwear.

I wear only thongs or strings cotton, silk or satin. Living in tropical climate, they are the most comfortable.

My wife loves them and we love men and women in them. We go skimpy underwear but g strings are great for running but usually I wear thongs and I prefer tiny v backs. Hard to find but comfortable and sexy!
