Who's your favourite serial killer?

Whenever I see Dyno-Rod I think of Dennis Nilsen who lured and killed at least 15 gay men in Muswell Hill. He boiled their heads up and chopped em up in his bath after keeping them for ages in his flat. He was eventually caught cos Dyno-Rod were called out to unblock the drains on the street which were clogged up with human fat.

Exactly, slim as that chance may be.

Crazier shit has happened.....

Chances might be slim but nothing is impossible and if you have 5 min to spare sales are worth a peak, never know what kinda deal/treasures you will find. So sayz Antiques Road show and 20+ years of garage sale'in

I didn't know you were into it. That's cool. I've found plenty of sleepers over the years, even at auctions where other dealers had no idea what they were looking at.

David Berkowitz, the Son Of Sam. The summer of '77, that's all anyone talked about. I remember the blackout in New York City; they cancelled the Phillies-Mets game, and the players were scared shitless of being taken back to the hotel, by bus, in total darkness. Then, to find out, he claimed he committed the murders because a German Shepherd told him to, almost made me a cat person.

Not just any dog, but one possessed by a six hundred year old demon if I recall.

I'm always into good deals and/or making money ;)

The only bad thing is I know I've let them slip through my hands....I'm smart enough to know I'm too stupid to have caught them all and it drives me nuts.

Uh oh....I might have to get on craigslist/local boards....

I'm feelin' the thrill....

The THRILL of the KILL!!!

Nice. It's is all about the thrill of the hunt. I'm moving my shop this weekend, no buying for me.

You're never going to know everything about everything. I've bought some of my best stuff off of other dealers.

g. w. bush and dick cheney for their relentless squandering of young lives without even getting blood on their ties.

Damn right it is. :D

I didn't know that was your bidnizz, very cool, there is a part of me that is a bit jelly.

Oh well, can't be fun and games all the time. Good luck with the move and scoring deals though!

If you ever pick up any good murderabilia do share.

Wait for Trump.
He'll declare war on anyone who disses his hair.

Oh come now he's far more presidential, war only happens if it's a world leader, or celebrity insulting his hair.

Regular citizens are covered under the PATRIOT act...don't like a shit talker? Call them a terrorist and drone strike them. ;)

I love true crime. Last year I had a spate of reading nothing but British crime, now I've moved over to your lot.

I knew zero about Ted Bundy but found Ann Rule's book bloody fascinating. The trouble is, I think he's ruined me now for other serial killers. Just finished the Zodiac killer which felt a bit flat. I kept thinking, Ted wouldn't have done it like that. :(

So, true crime wise, who fascinates the hell out of you?

Hannibal Lector
