The reports I read this AM call it "hundreds." There was more than a hundred, perhaps a little over two. They were pretty compressed together so the participants are probably complaining about the reports and claiming there were 'thousands!'

He's half right on that point. She has managed to strip them of their legal drivers license (they'll now get 'permits' that will prominently brand them as non-citizens). On the other hand she really hasn't done anything to run them out of the state. (Of course neither has INS.) Overall she's part of the 'amnesty' wing of the party.
