Thanks for the tips so far... but I'm still searching.

I've tried googling... and got lots of things that are SOMEwhat close... but not really. I like the high waist corset look, but if I add "corset" to the search, I get nothing but actual corsets.

I was hoping someone would recognize it or had something like it in their top drawer and could point me in the right direction...
