Transgendereism

I just posted some more pics. in a thread that you and others tend to have on iggy - that show -for the THIRD time- without a doubt, that I'm not a "female impersonator".

Yet despite the evidence, you dumbfucks continue to harass me with this shit.
Disgusting.

But it doesn't bother you, right? Tell us again it doesn't bother you, scribble more shit on your head to prove to us how much it doesn't bother you, dude. Hit a treadmill every now and again so you won't have to tell us how you don't care about being a childless fatty.

You're wasting your time and energy trying to prove you're female. It's pretty obvious you are. People are just needling you. It's the GB.

Just tell everyone you are a transgender. They will call you a woman from there on out. No one will doubt you again.

But now you can be transnational. You can just say you feel like your Swiss and poof your Swiss. How about French? Do you want to be French? No wait everybody hates the French... Canadian! the world loves Canadians. Click your heels together 3 times and say I'm Canadian...

Thanks so much guys. You just brightened my day.:)

And LadyF. LOL .
Or I should tell them that I'm a muslim transsexual. Because the GB progressives will definitely
a.believe me
b.start kissing my ass.

NYC just announced that business owners, landlords and employers will be fined $250k if they dont refer to a transgender by his preferred pronoun. (That includes being forced to use "they" in the singular, something a pedant such as myself would never do.)

Frightening times we are living in...

You don't read so well.

I doubt she read at all. http://www.nyc.gov/html/cchr/downloads/pdf/publications/GenderID_InterpretiveGuide_2015.pdf

The regulations concern harassment by repeatedly and intentionally misgendering people, but that is only a small portion of the regulations.

Examples of Violations
a. Intentional or repeated refusal to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun
or title. For example, repeatedly calling a transgender woman “him” or “Mr.”
after she has made clear which pronouns and title she uses.
b. Refusal to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun, or title because they
do not conform to gender stereotypes. For example, calling a woman “Mr.”
because her appearance is aligned with traditional gender-based stereotypes
of masculinity.
c. Conditioning an individual’s use of their preferred name on obtaining a courtordered
name change or providing identification in that name. For example,
a covered entity may not refuse to call a transgender woman her preferred
name, Jane, because her identification says that her first name is John.
d. Requiring an individual to provide information about their medical history or
proof of having undergone particular medical procedures in order to use their
preferred name, pronoun, or title.

Are you questioning that he is a doctor???

Check the Literotica GB Rulez of Engagement and get back to me, spanky.

Let me point you to the relevant section....

Section 24 Denigration
Subsection 1 Application
<snip>
§ 2 If you disagree with someone's political agenda, it is permitted, although not required, to place quotes around that person's professional title in order to denigrate them.
Examples: "Reverend" Jesse Jackson, "Justice" Antonin Scalia

I don't agree with this. I don't consider it harassment. I don't agree with monetary punishment for using the wrong words. These are my opinions and it is my prerogative to have them.

Quoting this has not changed my mind.

Agreed. Further it's an infringement of free speech. Some group, if not the ACLU is going to be all over this bull shit.

ACLU won't do shit....transgender and muslims are un-fuckin-touchable and completely above everyone else.

I'm with you on this. Freedom of speech is an important right. Very important. Much more important than a Bruce Jenner's supposed right to have me refer to him as a female.

Got it. When you can't actually come up with an argument against his credentials you put quotes around his or her name. Got it!

Thanks, Alfalfa.

So the First Amendment protects your mailman's right to call you a piece of shit, and you just have to live with it.

He has the right to say it, but I don't have to live with it. That's the way it's always been. People have always taken the action they find appropriate when they feel insulted.

Especially when calling someone who is scientifically male a title associated with the male species or vice versa. Perhaps we should all switch to the title Human instead of Mr or Mrs. That would be more inclusive. Unless someone identifies as an alien. In which case we are fucked and out some money.

I have no problem calling someone who was once a man "Miss" if that's what he/she wants to be called. No more skin off my donger. But if you can't see the problem with fining people for calling someone a pronoun that is scientifically acceptable, you're kind of a fucking idiot.

If I liked a male who wanted to be referred to as a female, or the reverse, I might do it, just to be nice, but that's my decision to make, not the government's.

If you are, genetically, a piece of shit, I suppose you would. So Rob and Sean would be without cause for complaint and their case would quickly be dismissed. But most people would not.

So in most cases, calling someone me who is a man... Probably not grounds for getting fined, IMO.
