I disagree with that characterization of them being a hate group. I think the SPLC is overrly zealous and has its own agenda.

My friends were not "transgender" because there was no such thing at that time. They were what was called "transexual", and mostly referred to themselves as trannies. I have no idea of what age because I never asked. We were dancing, snorting blow, and getting laid. nobody was discussing childhoods nor their past lives. No one cared.

I'm surprised at how quickly we accepted transgenderism as a "thing". How do you qualify it? Are there genetic markers? There probably are. Mother nature is a mad scientist. I have never seen anyone claim the APA are a "designated hate group" until they wrote up an opinion with which people disagree. What exactly constitutes a "designated hate group" and what evidence do you have that shows they are one? As of now, I disagree with your characterization.
