I believe it should be legal. why not? it works overseas. I was stationed in Germany and it seemed ok there.

It's actually still political. The only reason it's not legal is because the Government doesn't have a really clean way to tax it properly.

yes I did....when I came back from Iraq 25 yrs ago. I had a lot of money saved in the bank and a whole lot more sperm saved up too.......it was fabulous.

I read something in either Newsweek or The times several years ago about it and that was a major concern.
If you charge by the hour, then it's a labor tax, but that means they all have to register as private contractors. If they use credit cards, it can be tracked and there is extra funds involved and they still have to register for it. Can you imagine a prostitute turning in a 1099 for their personal business taxes.

Then they thought about different prices for different services and it went completely off the edge there.
