I was hoping that somebody could give me some advice. My boyfriend and I have been experimenting with a D/s relationship however are still quite new to this. We are both interested in trying urine play. My concern is that I am currently on the pill and looking to find out if it would be safe to do this whilst I am on the pill. I'm particularly interested in him drinking my urine to be clear.

Yes, he will ingest some of the hormones from your BC pills...BUT.. drink a ton of water and/or light fruit juice first, you will dilute your urine significantly, making it more palatable and decreasing the concentration of BC secreted in your urine. It would also be better to skip morning pee play if this is a concern, as your urine will be much more concentrated.

Another option is him not swallowing. Let it fill up and overflow out his mouth, let him spit the pee onto your clit/pussy etc.

I am really skeptical that there is enough residual synthetic estrogen or progesterone in any single produced batch of urine from a woman taking hormonal birth control for it to affect a normal man's body chemistry. At least I suspect that that is what the OP is concerned about. Perhaps someone with some background in biochemistry can weigh in here, but I have my doubts that there is really anything to worry about.

I am sure that it wouldn't stop me. There are medical sites that might address this issue. You can pee on his genitals, chest and my favorite the face as well.
