My constructive criticism would be to start out with sex and work up to harder stuff.

It may also be more believable if it was something that was happening after hours at her office. I agree with the other poster that people are constantly in and out of a job agency, making it hard to find that type of privacy.

This doesn't seem logical to me. The real customers of a job agency are the corporations that request the temporary employees. One person out of hundreds or thousands, not getting a job is not going to matter.

Is this idea based on you OP? Based on something you wanted to happen, if so that's okay, run with the idea.

If the job agency employee does offer sex, it should be because she ends up liking the jobseeker, not because she feels forced into it. There is no logical reason why this randomn jobseeker out of hundreds of others who are rarely placed would have leverage over her.

Hypnosis is about as cliche as it gets with getting someone to do something against their will. I also don't know too many hypnotists who are going to job agencies looking for work.

I'm trying to get past the anal fisting stuff, just because it isn't my thing, but I'd like to help you out. You've got to have something believable. Someone going to a job agency is a normal occurrence, so that is believable. Maybe she really likes him and they flirt when he comes in to meet with her. She pulls his phone number off his resume and begins to text him about "work stuff", but it quickly evolved into more flirtatious talk. They eventually meet up for a date and she is so spellbound by her attraction that she lowers her inhibitions and is willing to do ANYTHING for him.

This would allow a believable meeting to turn into something sexual. Just a thought.

Slow burn

I think fisting might work but only in a slow burn scenario. Each time he comes in he observes her doing something sexual, but start with stroking herself maybe and work up to fisting through a long series of different actions. I don't go for fisting yourself either, but maybe if he saw someone doing it to her. Maybe he watches her secretly and it builds up. And there are people coming and going so for variety, she's not just on her own, but sometimes he watches her being fucked by a coworker or a visitor, or DPed or gangbanged. They threaten to go to a competitor. As sheis a new business she can't afford to lose the client/employer, so she starts to flirt with whoever it is, and it keeps getting more and more risque as long as she can't fill the position.
