So for shits and giggles lets say 20 million have insurance, there is still the 11 million not insured, So are you going to move the goalposts again and now say Oh those are illegals, they don't qualify.

The simple fact is that percentages are a better indicator of coverage in America as opposed to absolute numbers because the population is constantly changing, and the number of boomers who are retiring and getting on the government dole.
The bottom line: There is absolutely no way anyone, including a corn-studded bowl floater such as yourself, can deny that the percentage of uninsured people under 65 has plummeted to historic lows since the inception of Obamacare.
