ISIS was created by the CIA

Evidence is mounting that ISIS was created by the CIA to fight the Russians in Syria for control over the Qatar-Turkey gas pipeline.

The United States would not be able to sent it's military to Syria to directly engage in combat operations against the Russian federation, because that would be an act of war. So in place of that, the US government (AKA a myriad of large energy/pharmaceutical/defense companies) has created an organization called ISIS to fight a proxy war that is being supported by western corporate/financial interests.

This is shaping up to be something very similar to how the CIA funded/armed the Taliban and Mujihadeen in Afghanistan to fight the Soviets back in the 1980's.

Also, the criminally-hijacked US government is using ISIS to expand the largely fraudulent war on terrorism and to further restrict the privacy and civil liberties of it's own citizens under mostly false and contrived pretenses.
