Emmy is on her way home from chemo now. She sent some pictures, but ordered me to bed for a nap before uploading them lol. I've been up since 3 and admit I'm tired. My husband had a minor medical thing today, so I just need to get him settled first. I promise I'll be back to upload them later though. Our Emmy has a lovely smile on her face though.

That's exhausting enough. I'd knock myself out if I tried to run. It's just so much running around in the next few days. I've already put on more than 200 miles in the last two days.
So now that I am done stressing about my husbands appointment today. I have a funny story. Yesterday when I got the cup and tea from Emmy, she told me to watch my mail box again today. My husbands appointment was for a colonoscopy and because his Dad had colon Cancer, we were pretty nervous. All is well though. But anyway. Tonight he had flowers delivered with chocolate and I smiled thinking this must be what Emmy meant. When he opened the card and looked at me and said "Uh am I reading this right?, does this say Proctologist?" So I looked at the card and busted up laughing. It said "Get well soon, I hope it was as much fun for you as it was for me, love your Proctologist"
I immediately thought "there is no way Emmy could have done that!!!" But couldn't help but laugh. So I went to check the mail and there was nothing there, so I still thought there was this slight chance until I realized how the card was addressed. I always call him by his full name, therefor that is how Emmy addresses him too, so I knew it wasn't her. So one of his friends did this and I am dying to know who did it. They totally deserve a hug!
Just now, another package did arrive.. This one really was from Emmy. This woman is trying to single handedly replace every one of my coffee cups lol She is totally going to make me cry if she doesn't stop it though!

In all this chaos in he life, I will hardly complain about my tiredness. Last week, in one of her cleaning frenzies, she showed me video of her walk in closet full of stuff (even her toy drawer lol) and told me how she had planned to clean and organize it that day. She later sent me multiple pictures of it and every thing in it was all ironed and put away nice and neat.

Emmy decided to shave her head today and when I get home tomorrow, I'll see if she wants me to upload the pictures.
I'm out of town at a 5K and will be home tomorrow afternoon someone. Let's hope the traffic going home will be better *sigh*
