The wind was blowing in his brownish red hair when he walked on the path deep inside the dark forest. Thorald heard a sound but where did it come from and from whom? Deighton hid himself inside some bushes to wait and see what would come or from which direction. He unsheated the large double edged sword "silver slayer" from his back sheat. Thorald was always expecting enemies and ambushes but he could not even dream about what came close to him.

Background

I'm not sure how to join this with the lack of input from others. But we need a character with a mysterious background, an orphan, some kind of knight, a bandit/criminal character, a runaway, a princess, and some vague war.

I don't know what character I want to be yet. For now....let's just assume some kind of vague war is happening I guess.

Woman: *steps out of the bushes wearing a short skirt, a low cut shirt, face hidden by a helmet but mocha skin very visible*
Thorald: *lowers his sword*
Woman: *has hands behind her back*
Thorald: A woman shouldn't be traveling alone....especially dressed like that.
Woman: ........
Thorald: Not going to say anything?
Woman: *starts heading back into the bushes*
Thorald: Wait!
Woman: *comes back out the bushes* We don't have time for this.
Thorald: We?!
Woman: *looks back at the bushes* It's okay, you can come out now.
Second Woman: *emerges from the bushes wearing a long white dress that is a little too big for her, long golden hair and blue eyes.* Well...he didn't seem that threatening to me. I just thought you would kill him like the others.
Thorald: The others?!
Second Woman: Don't worry about that *steps toward Thorald* I don't think we have anything to worry about from you. I'm Gisette.
Thorald: Don't you think that's an odd name for a grown woman. It sounds like a pet name.
Gisette: *furrows her brow* Maybe Kisa should kill you?
Kisa: As you wish.
Thorald: Wait! Not that I wouldn't have any trouble beating you but maybe we can try something else...possibly joining forces. If we have common goals that is.
Gisette: Kisa?
Kisa: Sounds okay to me.
Thorald: Great so where are you two headed?
Kisa: We're on the run.
Thorald: from?
Kisa: My fiance.
Thorald: Oh? So that's why you're wearing the white dress. But..it seems a bit ill fitting.
Kisa: It was his mother's.
Thorald: Oh.
Kisa: Princess...we don't need to go through your whole life story.
Gisette: I suppose not. *looks back at Thorald* Suffice to say I don't want to go through with the wedding. Maybe we could tag along with you?

The warrior nodded and sheated his large weapon.

"I promise to protect princess Giselle and her assassin girlfriend Kisa with my magical sword. It is my honor to escort the queen's daughter to the castle but the kingdom has become an dangerous place after the war against the darkness. My hometown Candie was burned down and everybody I knew were slain in a raid. Hostile knights are still camping everywhere and the thiefs has become organized criminal clans."

Thorald thought that Kisa looked like a prostitute and the dress that Giselle wore had a slutty cleavage but he did not want to lose his most precious body part by telling them about it. Maybe they were bandits that had robbed, undressed, used and killed innocent victims deep inside the dark woods and had fled from the judge?

Mysterious man from the east

A mysterious man is wandering around in the forest when he comes across the travelers. He is tall wearing navy blue robes with a staff, with his long black hair pulled back in a pony-tail. I'm Xavier and I'm a little lost, I'm new to this area and trying to get back to civilization. Would you mind if I travelled with you for a while?

"You are welcome to join us Xavier. I belive that we will be more safe the bigger our group gets but the journey is long and dangerous. We should get to the closest town before the black night."

Thorald Deighton didn't care if the wizard was white, black, green, red, blue and even a wierd pervert wearing nothing but a robe but he woundered if a female dwarf with a long blonde beard or a teenage girl wearing a bunny suit would show up next. Thorald had finally got his quest without listening to the gossip or rumors in the nearest bar but he missed the bard's love songs and the dancer's sensual dance at the tavern. The gang of strangers that didn't trust each other started to walk on the way to the city Xandu.

Thorald Deighton

Thorald Deighton wondered what had happened and why he had become alone in the woods. His party members had disappeared without a sound and something was wrong. Thorald had been walking for ages and he felt like the shadows were stalking him or maybe it was an illusion. This forest was very different from other places and it seemed to be enchanted. Deighton got frustrated when he realized that he was lost in his hallucinations and thought only about himself instead of the others. The warrior had been in several difficult situations before but this was something new and the dangers were unknown. He got confused and his mind started to ache when somebody tried to transmit thoughts and speak by using telepathy or was it only voices in the head?
