Well its been unseasonably hot and dry these last few days here in my little corner of the world. Mother Natures playing catch up outside as I type this. Lots of heavy rain. loud thunder and lightning strikes. I guess I'll have to wait and see about the wind. I'm glad I'm not out in it.

Good afternoon folks, what's doing? I've been out truck and SUV shopping... what a PITA. What I kind of want is to small to be really comfortable so I'll probably be up sizing. I hate vehicle shopping.

But on the plus side I went to a great Mexican restaurant for lunch and had a grilled chicken taco salad. Even better I went ahead and picked up an take out order of steak fajitas. So lunch was a win.

Oreo got some treats, another mouse and a long slinky tunnel both of which will hopefully keep her occupied. I also picked up a brush and some nail clippers for her. Tonight we'll be doing some damage control on her nails or she'll be accidently on purpose scratching me.
