The Republican primary is pathetic again. Donald Trump is sailing toward the nomination, a truth that horrifies all sane people. But Ted Cruz and John Kasich have come up with a plan to stop him, hooray! It won’t work, though. (Hooray?) You see, in a few of the upcoming primary contests, the two campaigns have decided to work together like best pals, in order to stop Trump from reaching the magic 1,237 delegates he needs to be immediately crowned King of Republicans at the GOP convention:

Senator Ted Cruz and Gov. John R. Kasich of Ohio have agreed to coordinate in future primary contests in a last-ditch effort to deny Donald J. Trump the Republican presidential nomination, with each candidate standing aside in certain states amid growing concerns that Mr. Trump cannot otherwise be stopped.

In a statement late Sunday night, Mr. Cruz’s campaign manager, Jeff Roe, said that the campaign would “focus its time and resources in Indiana and in turn clear the path for Governor Kasich to compete in Oregon and New Mexico.”

Minutes after Mr. Roe’s statement, the Kasich campaign put out a similar message. The Ohio governor’s chief strategist, John Weaver, said that his campaign would shift its resources to states in the West and “give the Cruz campaign a clear path in Indiana.”

That's getting to be his best move here too, I think. I don't really think he ever wanted to be president. Too limiting and revealing of his actual capabilities.

But when it came to the math lesson, it was Ted Cruz who explained in an interview that Kasich has no shot mathematically. Although, when it came time for Cruz to face the same reality, suddenly “Ted remembered that modern math was invented by the Greeks, who also invented homosexuality. And we should just pray them both away,” Bee said.

Cruz even asked a rally audience to come out and vote for him ten times, a request that is not only impossible — it’s also voter fraud. “No! Think bigger, Ted!” Bee suggested. “You need a political bombshell!”

But now, they’ve formed an alliance like some kind of homoerotic cartoon to defeat Donald Trump. That said, “Cruz needs Kasich the way an octopus needs an ice-unicycle,” Bee joked.

Nobody here is buying your Hillary bullshit. She is a criminal. The jig is up it was either Sanders or Trump. Sanders is out now, plenty of Democrats don't like Hillary. She is going to lose in November.
 
If she gets indicted for anything, it's fine with me if she's pulled out of the election.

In keeping with the thread, today's primary certainly has driven a stake through the heart of anything Cruz and Kasich are trying to do.

there was an ad that showed a close up of Nixon's face. He had his usual five o-clock shadow and his watery dog like eyes. The caption read; Would you buy an used car from this man?

I don't think any of the GOP's boys could pass that test.

The GOP is running a couple of old white guys. One a Member of the elite wealthy upper class, a political "outsider" who inexplicably chose a career politician, former Congressman and current Governor of Indiana as his running mate.
