Well, I'm back, after a month and a half. What did I miss?

I've had an ... adventure. I went on a visit to the Holy Land for Easter, and ended up in surgery there, requiring an extended hospital stay in Jerusalem (there were complications, all thankfully resolved). Now I'm back home, and back at work.

I missed you guys. It was always a pleasure to log in on weekends. It was the Sunday comic pages for me.

It might be said that you were in the right place. . . .

Apart from a bunch of newbies asking the same (if understandable) questions and generally injecting some new life into Lit, not a lot.

Sorry to hear about the surgery. At least you weren't in a third-world country. That might have been considered an 'adventure.'

Welcome back to California. Recreational pot will be legal here in a few months. You may need it to withstand some of the more energetic trolls infesting LIT now.

Only major thang recently is Manu's announced mid-May rollout of a new User CP to be beta-tested by sacrificial volunteers among us. I have offered my throat to his machete.

Otherwise it's still snowy in my part of California. Think we'll drive to south Arizona soon.
