Can ANYONE tell me the significance of this.....

If I am reading it correctly it is saying that the Clinton Foundation has given more to those arab nations than the international commitee for the red cross, which is eh.

but if that is depicting that those arab nations have given that much to those respective foundations that can be seen as alarming and a possibility for bias in the election

Why those particular countries? Must be more than financial interests, since they are rotten-wealthy.

And why would this thing even be allowed? Whoever made it legal for foreign countries or parties to finance their country's elections :
- that's a bit close to treason, as I see it.

they are NOT overtly financing CuntClintons election
 
Lots of countries donate to them. Not saying there's nothing rotten going on because it's the Clintons so there almost certainly is but cherry picking donating countries to make it look bad is dumb.
Norway and Australia both gave similar amounts. Why aren't they listed?
 
The International Committee of the Red Cross is only one of the agencies within the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

Since you're looking at Arab nations, maybe you should be counting donations to Red Crescent societies.

Do you think that accepting donations from Norway or Australua makes it more ethical?
They're still foreign countries/interests.

Government panels in Bangladesh and Norway accused him of extensive banking and charitable corruption but that didn’t disqualify Yunus from receiving millions in U.S. tax dollars via loans, grants and contracts from Hillary Clinton’s State Department, according to the Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group’s Richard Pollock.

“The awards, totaling $13 million, were issued by the U.S. Agency for International Development, the development arm of the State Department, beginning when Clinton became secretary of state. Another $11 million in federal funds went to organizations allied with Yunus,” Pollock reports.

Yunus “is a high-profile fixture at most of the Clinton Foundation’s major gatherings. The foundation features him at 37 places on its website,” according to Pollock, who also reports that when he asked for details about the $13 million, “USAID Spokesman Raphael Cook said the agency didn’t have the ‘manpower’ to respond to questions about the transactions.” The agency has nearly 4,000 employees.
