Reformatting text display in Literotica stories?

So, I can't be the only person who has noticed that on a widescreen monitor, Lit stories display left-aligned taking up something like a third of the screen. I can adjust the page zoom easily enough, but I still feel like I have to lean to the left to read Lit stories the way they display. Is there an option or a browser add-on that lets me change how the stories format? For one thing, I'd like to at least move the column to the center of the page (in fact, if I could only do that, it would basically solve my issue here).

I reduce the browser window to a comfortable width so LIT and other displays are easy to read. I do that anyway because I have the Win8 Performance Monitor's graphs showing on the right of the screen.

Yeah, I suppose just resizing the window is the easiest solution, and probably what I'll end up doing. I'm just mildly puzzled that the site's layout hasn't changed at all since the turn of the century or so.
