Sadly, I did not. My hip injury was flaring up again and I could not spend any time in the car. It's onlythis week that iI've felt back to normal. And today, the pain is returning. 3 days without painthough, first in almost 2 years.

Sorry to hear that, Tolyk. Good to get some respite, but there's always the danger of overdoing things as soon as it feels better. A friend of mine had her hip replaced, and went out dancing the first night out of hospital. Did the same after getting the replacement replaced. After the third operation she learned to give it enough time to properly heal. Best wishes for your injury to recover enough for you to be comfortable again (and grace us with some more of your visions of the Canadian Rockies).
