We have camped on the marge of Lake Laberge where they cremated Sam McGee -- about a century later. We couldn't go much further 'cause a reckless Yukonder smashed into our vehicle. Then he bragged that he'd had a dozen other smash-ups that year. No problem; he was insured.

Anyway, it's beautiful country. We'll be back next summer.
