So what would have happened if after the War of Northern Aggression, the United States Government, decided to send all freed slaves either 1) back to Africa or 2) to Indian reservations

So every single freed slave is sent either out of the country or to reservations shared with the Indians.

Also, any unfreed slaves are now freed for the purposes of this discussion.

How does this affect the USA moving forward in history, how does it affect the world? How does it affect Africa or the Indian reservations?

This applies to all slaves, former slaves, and decedents of slaves with African origins living in any US territory.
