It appears that the police officers will not be charged per the live stream.

I'm proud of the decision to not go to a Grand Jury and to discuss this decision in detail and with as much transparency as possible. The videos will be available on the Hennepin Cty website later today.

I read that in the Trib. I meant for the folks that were saying he was handcuffed etc. I believe there are prosecutors that get it wrong sometimes. In this case I am not sure. Take McGinty and Alvarez for example. Folks did not agree with them and they both lost their recent elections and are now out of office. Video evidence, however, is hard to refute.

Regardless of how one feels about the decision, Freeman did a great job of presenting everything.

One very depressing thing was hearing a local member of a well known protest group say that she felt Clark was killed because he was suing the police, that the two cops knew who he was and killed him intentionally. She also suggested that the DNA on the gun, belt and mace can was all planted by the police.

I get being unhappy and feeling charges should have been filed, but to suggest the police targeted Clark and murdered him...that is going too far and can only cause more problems. How would these two cops have any clue who he was? The paramedics did not know who he was, it was dark and the whole thing took place in a minute or two.

Take a cops gun, die. Pretty much how it's worked since the beginning of time.
People don't want to admit that their precious little angel did something like that, that's fine. Parents tend to do that even when they know deep down that angel baby was a punk bitch.
Everyone else though, they gotta shut the hell up. Not every shooting is wrong.
