How do you delete submissions that have been rejected so I can resubmit the story without changing its name?

I had a few rejected but then accepted as submitted when I responded with a note, so I'm not sure, but can't you do your edits on the rejected version and hit preview and submit again and it becomes the resubmit?

That doesn't make any sense. If a sub. is rejected, it isn't there to be deleted

I think the OP means get it deleted from the author's submissions page.

Just resubmit, it's not really there and Laurel will get rid of the rejected entry in your dashboard.

it show up in your recent activity. I had to make new names to submit my story again. All I have
are rejections. Apparently there is a problem with my downloads.

If you are submitting an edit of a rejected story, simply open the rejected form, make the changes in that form, and submit the edited story in the original submission form.

Please do not make a new submission of the same name and add the word EDITED to the title, as that denotes someone editing an already approved story. Since we process all edits after the new stories are posted, adding the word EDITED to a title will cause a delay in the posting of your new story.

If the story has not been posted - that is, it is either PENDING or REJECTED - and you want to remove it from your queue, click "rejected - Reason" on this page:

Then scroll down to the end of the form. You will see two buttons: Preview and Delete. To delete the submission, click the Delete button.
