Why, whatever will you do for protein??? I mean, how will you survive without a steady regimen of seared animal flesh in your diet???


Actually, I have cut out some of the animal flesh and have increased the fiber and vegetable content. I've always had a decent exercise pattern, thanks to lots of physical stuff that I do. I've also cut out salt as much as possible - that's a pain in the ass to do, really. Fortunately, the store carries some low sodium canned stuff which helps.

My last check from the ex-employer showed up . . . short. As predicted. Fuck fighting them for it. It's not worth my psychic energy. It would increase my paranoia . . . like lookin' in the mirror and seein' a poe-lease car . . . .


I found a job on Monster that looks to be an excellent fir, and I cannot figure out why I'm convincing myself that there's no point in applying for it. Fuck that, I'm writing a killer cover letter and applying anyway. We'll see . . . .

Happy FAPtastic Friday!!! Too bad the check was so small this week. Oh well.


It might rain today, but the chance of precipitation is low, so I may as well go ahead and prime the front porch and start getting that out of the way.


Yesterday, I did go to a paint store that sells paint for commercial applications and told them I had one. I know,I lied. Anyway, I was able to get a gallon of exterior enamel to paint my front porch deck with. EPA knows better than I go, of course.
