Brussels Sprouts

In other words, you have to add stuff to cover up the taste

Yes, there's this new fangled concept called cooking. I'm not sure how it will be received by the general public, but it hasn't failed me yet.

The chocolate sauce and whipped cream, along with the nuts qualify it as a sundae, me thinks.

i'll happily munch on a brussel

and love 'em steamed, sauteed, with bacon, allsorts :cool:

I used to hate them but Byron got me eating them with a bit of butter and sea salt and now they are part of my diet.

I don't know. It is one of the few veggies that I cannot do.

Store bought ones, not so good...when you grow your own...totally different.

OH...almost fiddlehead season here too...can't wait for that, fiddleheads, morrell mushrooms and fresh walleye

They look pretty cool on the stock, I wonder if they would grow here...

i'm not sure. your temps are mild enough, they might. i just hope i got them into the ground early enough. as i've never grown them before, i don't know how they will take the heat. plants are about 5" so far and quite leafy.
