Question about bra sizes

Today I received a new phone directory. It fell open to the Yellow Pages and I noticed an entry, 'Brassieres.' An ad in that section says, "Does Your Bra Really Fit? We professionally fit AAA - N cup."

N cup? How big is an N-sized tit? I asked my wife and she guessed basketball-sized. Anyone know for sure? :confused:

Another bra size thread. This is like what size shoe or pants do you wear. Depends what part of China they were made.
I'd say anyone who wears an "N" bra wouldn't look good in a thong.

Den-------------- There are hairy legged women wandering our Walmart wearing bib overhauls and Army boots that would need an "N" size bra if they wore one.
Believe me, they are not marrying material. Just ask their male cousins who they live with.

Cup size is relative to band size. Breast wise a 34n would be a 36m , 38l, a 40 k.
Or going backwards 44dd cup is the same as a 42 f, 40 g, 38h.
Also consider how big a man's chest/rib cage is in a 44 jacket.
A 44dd could be a line backer with implants.

I just get the one size fits all Kirstey Ally bra at K-Mart.

D(.)(.)-------- In reality we go to a big box store and I find a bra that one cup fits my husband's head.
So I wear an average man's head bra size. Look for that on the label!

I rarely wear them anyway. Why keep the little things trapped?

I just got back from Walmart and you can go fuck yourself.
 
for the record, I hate wearing bras, but the hassle of not wearing one in public is worse, takes too much time and makes me want to shoot people, so I do.
I wear custom cotton lycra sports bras unless I wear a specialty bra created by me.

I design and make lingerie. I also teach lingerie. The drawback of bigger cup sizes (a to N) is that the support dynamics change radically because larger breasts are usually heavier.

Women usually are wearing a bra that is too big in the band size to accommodate the cup size. Just so you guys know, the larger natural cup sizes are a pain in the ass unless you are one of those lucky women who has almost all fat for breast tissue.
 
I routinely get pm's from guys asking me what my bra size is.:confused: Like they are going to actually understand what the fuck it means in terms of breast size. I figure unless you are headed to Victoria's Secret to buy me a new bra, you don't need my bra size. :cool:

Most women do wear the wrong bra size. I had heard that for years, but thought it seemed silly until I was recently fit for a bra. One size down in the band size and two cup sizes higher and it's the most comfortable thing ever, plus everything is where it's supposed to be. I really had no clue I was wearing the wrong size before.

Agreed.

It's probably more useful to know whether you/I can comfortably go braless without getting backache, or whether that bra is needed to stop you/me seeming flatchested.
