I am a little familiar with ANR/ABF. When I was nursing my newborn, my husband would wait patiently until the baby was finished and put to bed and then he would often stretch out with his head in my lap and suckle as I stroked him to orgasm. For me, it's not really incestuous, at least not necessarily. For it to qualify as incest, there would have to be some sexual arousal in the participants, and as I said, that's precisely what I prefer to not happen. Although, strangely enough, scenarios involving male sucklers aren't nearly as arousing for me, perhaps because it's much harder for me to imagine it not becoming sexual for him. Of course, there is such a thing as lesbians, but given that homosexuals are a minority, it's just statistically easier to maintain the impression of platonicity with two women.
